Custard Fruit salad

CUSTARD FRUIT SALAD

INGREDIENTS

- 2 apples
- 2 banana
- 2 chikoo
- 1 bunch of grapes
- custard powder
-2 bags of milk
-3 cups of sugar
-1 tbsp salt

Method

First boil the milk in bowl for about 10 minutes.After Milk Boil add custard powder and keep on Stirring for about 15 minutes and add sugar while stirring.Keep that Bowl in a fridge and keep it for half and hour.Mid time start cutting the fruits.After cutting remove the bowl from fridge and add fruits and mixed it well and your Custard fruit salad is ready.

Method

Mix red syrup in the milk and then add toop miriya. Faluda is ready. you can add ice cream.

CHIKOO MILK SHAKE WITH ICE CREAM

This blog will show you how to prepare chikoo shake with ice cream.


INGREDIENTS

- 5 chikoo
- Milk 5 cup
- 6 ice cube
- 1 tbsp salt
- 3 tbsp sugar
-1 cup ice cream

METHOD

Cut the chikoo into pieces. Put that in mixer and then add sugar. Grind for 2-3 minutes and then add cold milk and grind the chikko again in the mixer until sugar get dissolved. Open the mixer and add ice cubes. Finally add icecream Serve to people.





DELICIOUS APPLE JUICE

APPLE JUICE 

This blog is how to prepare apple juice at home easily. It took one hour and we can enjoy our summer doing this at home.

- 3 peels and cores from red apples
- 3 cups of water 
- 1/4 of cup sugar(powder)

Method
Put the peels and cores of apples in a bowl and stir in the water. Then bring to boil . Keep on stirring till the water gets apple color. Then put off the gas and slowly removed solid pieces from that juice and then add sugar. Stir well the sugar till it get dissolved. Kep into the freeze for about 30 minutes.

Thandi thandi lassi

My post is about how to prepare lassi. All of us want to have cold items during summer season Don't worry!! here is a simple method to do lassi and feel better in hot. Try this lassi at hom and enjoy your holiday!!!!!!!

Ingredients                                      

  • 3 cups of dahi                   
  • 3 cups of milk
  • 14 tbsp sugar
  • 8 ice cubes
  • 2-3 pieces of cardamom                    
 METHOD

Take dahi in a bowl and add sugar to it. Then take 2-3 pieces of cardamom pods and crush them into fine powder. Add milk to dahi. Then put dahi, milk, cardamom in lassi mixture. Keep the mixture on till sugar get dissolves. After 10 minutes switch off the mixture. Add cardamom powder and then add ice cubes and serve to 3-4 people.

NOTE: Add kesar for better taste.
